At Kuala Lumpur there will have Hindraf Makkal Shakti on this June 30 that will know whether it will be able to challenge the decision by the Registrar of Societies (ROS) and the other three in not approving and registering it as a non-governmental organization or NGO.
The justice Abang Iskandar Abang Hisham fixed the date after meeting counsel for the various parties in chambers yesterday.
The pro-tem secretary P. Ramesh filed the application against the Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein the ROS and the federal Territory ROS.
