Sarawak property developer Chong Kia Hoi Realty Sdn Bhd (CKH Realty) has executed agreements with various prominent business groups (Thai Soon Hang, Lao Hang Jia Group, Golden Dragon City and Green Gallery) for the sale of its 70 units’ MetroCity shops worth over RM80 million.
Earlier, business owners from India Street Pedestrian Mall also acquired 45 units of commercial shops at MetroCity for over RM50 million.

MetroCity, an integrated township development project located at Matang, is “destined to be a landmark commercial area and has convincingly demonstrated its worth with 80 percent of the shops sold within seven weeks of the sales launch,” he added.
MetroCity boasts a commercial precinct nearly 70 acres in size, featuring:
314 units of 3-4 storey commercial shops
2-storey Commercial Mall (8.1 acres, 795 car parks)

2 three-storey Showrooms
