Apakah akan terjadi apabila nisbah perempuan lebih tinggi berbanding lelaki? Siti Aishah ataupun Sam (diana Amir) merupakan seorang perempuan yang berpewatakan kasar, tinggal bersama ayah dan adik tirinya selepas kematian ibu bapanya.

Selepas beberapa kali bertukar universiti, Sam akhirnya memilih untuk melanjutkan pelajarannya bersama rakan baiknya Ayam (Pierre Andre).

Di sana, Ayam memomokkan Sam dengan artikel tesisnya iaitu ‘perempuan 37:1 lelaki, menyebabkan Sam rasa tak senang duduk dan mula mencari jalan unyuk mencari teman lelaki segera sebelum menjadi andartu. Sam secara tidak sengaja terlihat lelaki idaman remaja, Nazril (Farid Kamil) dan memutuskan utk memikat beliau.
